1. Einführung Gummiarabikum, auch Akaziengummi genannt, ist ein natürliches Sekret aus einem tropischen wilden Heuschreckenbaum, das in den arabischen Ländern produktiv genannt wird. Die Anwendung von Gummiarabikum begann in Indien, Afrika, Australien und China, es hat einige tausend Jahre Geschichte noch. Gummi arabicum ist ein geschmackloses Kaugummi, existiert in Form des Ovals,Farben von hellgelb bis rotgelb.es hat eine komplexe molekulare Struktur,darunter: D-Galactose 44%, L-Arabinose Zucker 24%, D-Glucuronsäure 14,5% , L-Rhamnose 13%, 4 - O-Methyl - O-Glucuronsäuren 1,5%. 2.Flussdiagramm:
